Introducing the newest addition to our family of organic wines,  the LIORA Brut Sparkling. Made from 100% organically farmed Chardonnay fruit using the time-honored Méthode Traditionnelle technique, this hand-crafted wine is both crisp and delicate. Fresh aromas of white nectarine, apple, and Meyer lemon welcome your senses. On the palate, hints of stone fruit, mineral and freshly baked bread with natural acidity culminating in a refreshing, toasty finish.

This rich and tanic red is full-bodied with a deep ruby color. Aromas of dark fruit and espresso with hints of dark chocolate prepares your pallet for a profound experience. On your first sip you will find layered notes of blueberry, cocoa, dark cherry, and vanilla.  Pairs well with fatty meats, aged gouda cheese, chicken mole, or roasted pork. Aged 16 months in new French oak.

This delicious blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Petite Sirah greets you with a floral bouquet of black cherry, blueberry, and sugar plum. The velvety tannins combined with a slightly fruity character of strawberry and cherry contribute to this complex wines depth. Aged 16 months in new French oak. Pairs well with filet mignon, blue cheese, or your favorite savory barbecue.

This Cabernet Franc offers an aromatic nose of crushed violets, rose pedal, and fresh cherry, with layers of savory herbs and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with notes of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, balanced by smooth tannins and a refined finish. Aged 24 months in French oak.

Limited production with only 12 cases produced. 76% Petite Sirah blended with 24% Cabernet Franc. The wine opens with a bouquet of dark blueberry and stewed cherry, accompanied by hints of violets and a whisper of toasted vanilla. On the palate, this Petite Sirah is bold and layered, with deep, concentrated fruit flavors balanced by the refined structure and gentle tannins of Cabernet Franc. Aged for 24 months on French oak.
