Introducing the newest addition to our family of organic wines: LIORA Brut Sparkling. Made from 100% organically farmed Chardonnay using the time-honored Méthode Traditionnelle technique, this hand-crafted wine is both crisp and delicate. On the palate, hints of stone fruit, minerality, and freshly baked bread are balanced by natural acidity, culminating in a refreshing, toasty finish.
2022
Floral aromas of rose petal and cherry invite your senses to enjoy this elegant, full-bodied red, with soft layers of raspberry and strawberry. A fresh finish makes it an excellent summer wine that will keep you coming back for one more glass. Sixteen months of aging in new French oak impart hints of vanilla and light toast. Pair with your favorite tomato-based pasta, a charcuterie board, or grilled artichokes.

Our first vintage and harvest of Petite Sirah. This rich and fruit-forward red is full-bodied with a deep ruby color. Aromas of stewed fruit and espresso, with hints of dark chocolate, prepare your palate for a profound experience. On the first sip, you'll discover layered notes of blueberry, cocoa, dark cherry, and vanilla. Often described as well-balanced with smooth tannins, this crowd-pleaser receives top accolades and is an in-demand varietal in Temecula Valley. Pairs well with fatty meats, aged Gouda cheese, chicken mole, or roasted pork. Aged for fourteen months in new 30-gallon French oak.
2022 Extended Aged
Limited production with only 24 cases produced. This Cabernet Franc offers an aromatic nose of crushed violets, rose petal, and fresh cherry, with layers of savory herbs and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is elegant and structured, with notes of red cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, balanced by smooth tannins and a refined finish. Aged for twenty-four months in French oak.
2022 Extended Aged
Limited production, with only 12 cases produced. This blend of 76% Petite Sirah and 24% Cabernet Franc opens with a bouquet of dark blueberry and stewed cherry, accompanied by hints of violets and a whisper of toasted vanilla. On the palate, this Petite Sirah is bold and layered, with deep, concentrated fruit flavors balanced by the refined structure and gentle tannins of Cabernet Franc. Aged for twenty-four months in French oak.
