REFUND POLICY:

VOUX Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after receiving 4 club releases, including your initial purchase to begin your membership. It is the members responsibility to notify the VOUX Wine Club department to cancel their membership.

Shipments processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be done via email to wineclub@vouxwines.com.

A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative.
