Our wines are aged in 100% new French oak for a minimum of 12-24 months. We believe in using technology to aid in efficiency while practicing time honored wine making traditions. Using state of the art fermentation vessels, world class French oak, and old world wine making techniques we craft wine that remains true to the fruit and terroir with no additives.
